Neolithic beaded necklace
A necklace made with ancient beads originating from the neolithic period.
The age of these beads is evident when handling them, due to the fine markings of the tools that crafted them so long ago.
Ancient drilling methods for stone and quartz have left these beautiful artefacts with the unmistakable feeling of human touch. Each bead would have been individually hand carved.
The necklace has been assembled on strong wire with a metal loop and toggle clasp.
The materials were sourced by the artist from museum surplus stock.
Only one available.
